MY BACKSTORY IN A NUTSHELL:
In 1991 Mouse had moved into a two-bedroom apartment in Chicago’s Wicker Park neighborhood. It was out of the second bedroom where Mouse decided to start painting in acrylics on canvas. Without an easel or any knowledge of painting Mouse put two nails in the wall and hung the canvas and allowed spirit and inspiration to take hold. Soon after Mouse begin paining, they were gifted an easel that they still use today. And for 20 years Mouse painted and gave away their art to friends and family.
There was a time between 2012 and 2018 where Mouse, unintentionally, stopped painting and focused on healing work, opening a wellness center and working on a new marriage. It wasn’t until the marriage crumbled and Mouse closed the business that they realized they had not been painting. That realization was a wake-up call to Mouse. And when a new apartment was found after the divorce, the pandemic hit and the first thing Mouse did was dust off the easel and replenish the art supplies. The lock down of 2019 was the catalyst for making painting after painting for Mouse. I felt like I was coming home to myself after being away for way too long.
Mouse is now newly relocated to Milwaukee to follow their hearts passion, art; and their calling; healing arts – Mouse has been building community in both the art and healing community. It is here that they feel most themselves and able to express unapologetically.
The work is mostly acrylic on canvas, some pieces are in oils. Mouse is at a place in their personal development where they are ready to share their work with the world.

Hello friends, thanks for coming by. I have created this website to showcase my paintings and photography.
I have been painting for over 20 years and am self taught. Painting, creating and tinkering of any kind is what I love to do when I am not in my healing room with a client or student.
I find space in my day and center myself as I allow spirit to move through me while color goes from brush to canvas. I can get completely lost in the process, and before long I've missed lunch! This creative outlet transports me to a different place where there is no time.
If I can do this and my healing work for the rest of my time here on earth, it will be time well spent.
Below are pieces I have created in 2020 and 2021. Most are in acrylic, some in oil. If you are interested in buying an original or a print reach out and I can send you prices and print options.
Additionally, I always have my camera with me and I can't help but shoot a pic of some urban landscape, nature and man colliding, or an odd trinket found on the ground as my subject.
If you would like a print of any of the these, send me a message and I can get you pricing and sizes.
